Refund policy

At Lucas Sales Company LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. To ensure absolute transparency, please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

CRITICAL NOTICE: We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental orders.

1. Return Eligibility & Item Condition

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Items that arrive broken, malfunctioning, or damaged during transit.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered.

Condition Requirements: To process your authorized return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, completely unused, in its original packaging, and with all included components. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Window

You must report your defective, damaged, or incorrect item and request a return within 30 days after receiving your product. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return (Return Method)

  2. Shipping Instructions: Once your defective return is verified and authorized, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Important Rule: Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return will be rejected.

4. Fees & Costs

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs to send the item back to our designated facility.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for authorized defective returns.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to handle an exchange for a damaged product is to return the defective item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return at our facility, we will notify you via email if your refund has been officially approved or rejected based on its condition.

  • Timeline: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us immediately at tony.lucas@lucas-sales.com.
